DEAN CAPEL
Clinical Exercise Physiologist
Dean started his professional life as an infantry soldier. However, a medical discharge in 2018 saw that change. This allowed him the opportunity to put his passion for exercise into practice. Now as a clinical exercise physiologist he endeavours to help people integrate sport and exercise into life. Which as a father of two young kids and an endurance sport enthusiast he understands is never as easy as it seems.
Dean believes that the most valuable things in life come through consistent and hard work. His methodology focuses on finding practical solutions to achieving a platform of physical health through exercise. Through that platform we can see not only the benefits to our mental health but a greater capacity to tackle the everyday challenges of life.
