Cancellation Policy
Here at Move for Mindfulness we understand that sometimes circumstances may change and require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, please note that with missed appointments or cancelations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may impact our ability to provide a timely service to our other clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by phone on 1300068668 or via email at admin@moveformindfulness.com.au. We require a minimum of ‘24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be of equal value to your consultation fee with the respected clinician. Please note you will be unable to receive a rebate from Medicare or Private Health funds.
In cases of repeated late cancellations or no-shows, we may require a deposit or pre-payment for future appointments.
We understand that there are times where you might miss an appointment due to unforeseen emergencies. Exceptions may be made in case of these emergencies or illness’, and we reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
